Air-Ref installed a new central air conditioning system in my house about three years ago. Since that time they’ve performed maintenance and emergency services on three units. The have been extremely reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. In my 40 years as a homeowner, I couldn’t be more pleased with their team and service!
I scheduled a maintenance call and the service was on time and very professional. I pointed out to my tech that my Ecobee thermostat was reading a high humidity level, and he went up and beyond to see that the thermostat and system were properly working without paying for an extra service call. I now have peace of mind as I am not here full time. I would highly recommend Air-Ref for service and maintenance.
Just wanted to give a big shout-out to Air-Ref Co. Inc !! Our A/C finally died on us this past weekend after 20 long years of keeping our home cool. I'm so lucky to have the best A/C company, Air-Ref, in town! The past 6 years or so, they have helped maintain our old unit until its very last day by properly maintaining it. And when that day came this weekend, they helped us find the best fit for our home and budget. This company has great employees, great service, great owners, it's been around for over 39 years, the people here know what they're doing!.
The technicians are always both professional and friendly. They explain the work they do and share a report electronically. The maintenance plan has been well worth it.
